Welcome to the Luxury Alphard car rental service provided by Mega World Travel Co., Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our car rental services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

   •       Booking Requirements: You must provide accurate and complete personal details, including your name, contact information, and rental preferences.

   •       Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

   •       Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from us.

3. Rental Policies

   •       Eligibility: Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

   •       Usage: Vehicles are to be used solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

   •       Prohibited Activities: Sub-renting, reckless driving, or using the vehicle for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

   •       Damage Responsibility: The renter is responsible for any damages to the vehicle not covered by insurance.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

   •       Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the pick-up date to qualify for a refund (if applicable).

   •       No-Show Policy: Failure to show up on the booking date without prior notice will result in forfeiture of payment.

5. Liability and Insurance

   •       Coverage: Rental vehicles include basic insurance coverage. Additional coverage may be purchased upon request.

   •       Liability: Mega World Travel Co., Ltd. is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage resulting from improper vehicle use or third-party negligence.

6. Use of Personal Information

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
